Frontend React Developer

This is a remote position. Our client is looking for a Frontend Developer to join their team. The company operates in the digital career-development space and has achieved strong momentum over recent years by expanding their platform and improving user engagement. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys transforming complex concepts into seamless, polished user experiences and collaborating with cross-functional partners to bring product ideas to life.Responsibilities • Develop responsive, high-performance interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks such as React or Next.js. • Convert Figma designs into scalable, reusable components that enhance maintainability. • Partner with backend engineers to integrate APIs efficiently and ensure smooth data flow. • Optimize speed, performance, and user experience across browsers and devices. • Apply best practices for accessibility, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility. • Work closely with Product and Design teams to refine user journeys and interactions. • Contribute to a structured component architecture and support a shared design system. • Produce clean, well-documented code while following strong testing standards. Requirements • 2–5 years of professional experience in frontend development, preferably in dynamic or startup-style environments. • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Next.js, HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind, and modern build tooling. • Solid experience integrating APIs (REST or GraphQL). • Understanding of state management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, Recoil, or similar. • Strong English communication skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments. • Demonstrated ability to break down and solve complex UI challenges. • A product-focused approach where user experience is as important as code quality. Qualifications • Proven ability to optimize frontend performance and improve load times. • Experience translating product requirements into fluid and intuitive UI components. • Strong testing mindset with good coding and documentation habits. • Comfort working collaboratively with Product, Design, and Backend teams. Nice to Have • Experience using animation/motion libraries (Framer Motion, GSAP). • Previous involvement in creating design systems or component libraries. • Familiarity with modern authentication approaches (OAuth, JWT). • Background working on B2B SaaS or consumer-facing digital platforms. • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and frontend testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, or Playwright.
