Organization: Alignerr Position: JavaScript Developer Type: Hourly Contract Compensation: $60–$90 /hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities (Training Support Will Be Provided)
• Evaluate AI-generated JavaScript code for DOM manipulation efficiency and ES6+ standards.
• Solve complex UI/UX challenges to test the model's ability to create responsive and interactive elements.
• Create human-readable documentation explaining the flow of state and event handling in scripts.
• Identify bugs or anti-patterns in AI-generated frontend logic and provide optimized alternatives.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related technical field preferred.
• Deep familiarity with core JavaScript concepts (async/await, closures, DOM manipulation).
• 3-5 years of experience with modern frameworks like React, Node.js, or Vue.
Preferred
• Experience with data labeling, RLHF, or other AI training projects.
