You:We’re looking for a Frontend Engineer to join our Risk Engine Team, responsible for a mission-critical product that enables and orchestrates risk strategies in the fraud detection flow. You'll focus on ensuring clients have the best tools and UX to define their risk strategies efficiently. The product is built around a large SPA primarily in React, with some legacy components in Backbone.js. Alongside maintaining the app, you’ll help evolve its architecture and contribute to company-wide frontend modernization initiatives, like the design system.Your Day to Day:Build next-generation web applications with a focus on the client sideWork alongside UX designers, Backend Engineers and Product Managers to deliver features with a high level of qualityBe an ambassador of front-end stack quality for building reusable code that follows the best practicesBe an owner of the product, identifying technical debt, proposing concrete solutionsHave an active role in the decisions that define the direction of the FE stack and architectureYou Have & You Know-how:BSc/MSc degree in Computer Science, or a similar technical degree4+ of experience in modern JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS web standards (mandatory)Experience with GIT, REST/JSON and agile development (mandatory)Have a growth mindset (mandatory)Experience in React (mandatory)Demonstrated experience working within and contributing to a design system (nice to have)Web design skills and user experience fundamentals knowledgeExperience in testing frameworks like Jest or CypressExperience with Redux, React hooks and Typescript is a plusExperience working with Generative AI (GenAI) tools is a plus.The Product Team builds our product to disrupt the financial crime industry from a data-led approach.
