Key Responsibilities Build and improve product features end-to-end. Work directly with Product Team to clarify requirements and shape solutions. Make fast decisions and ship without hand-holding. Create clean, polished, high-quality UI. Identify and fix technical debt. Contribute to architecture and product improvements. Required Qualifications 4+ years with React, Redux, TypeScript. Strong product mindset (not just ticket execution). Ability to move fast and deliver consistently. High standards for UI/UX and attention to detail. Ownership and independence.
