Top Skills: Angular v.14+ JavaScript CMS GitHub Unit Testing Bloomreach Job Summary: Capital One is seeking an experienced Frontend Developer (UI Angular) with prior Capital One experience to support the design and development of modern, scalable, and high-performing web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Angular (v14+), JavaScript, and CMS-driven UI development, with a focus on building reusable components and delivering exceptional user experiences. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain responsive UI components using Angular v14+ and modern JavaScript Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, and backend teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions Integrate frontend applications with CMS platforms, including Bloomreach Implement state management, routing, and reusable component libraries following Capital One UI standards Write and maintain unit tests to ensure code quality, stability, and performance Participate in code reviews and enforce best practices using GitHub Troubleshoot UI issues, optimize performance, and ensure cross-browser compatibility Support CI/CD pipelines and agile development practices Required Skills & Qualifications: Mandatory: Prior experience working at Capital One (Ex Capital One only) Strong hands-on experience with Angular v14 or higher Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3 Experience working with CMS platforms, preferably Bloomreach Solid understanding of unit testing frameworks (Jasmine, Karma, Jest, etc.) Extensive experience using GitHub for version control and collaboration Familiarity with RESTful APIs and frontend-backend integration Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments Knowledge of Capital One design systems and UI standards Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies Experience with accessibility (WCAG) and performance optimization Apply tot his job
