This role is for one of Weekday’s clientsSalary range: Rs 1500000 - Rs 3000000 (ie INR 15-30 LPA)Min Experience: 3 yearsLocation: Remote (India)JobType: full-timeRequirementsKey Responsibilities Design and implement responsive, pixel-perfect web pages and components using React Translate product and marketing requirements into engaging landing pages and product UI flows. Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless user experiences. Define and maintain a design system / component library for consistency. Prototype and test new UX patterns for FileSpin’s services (dashboards, workflows, content management). Optimize performance and accessibility across browsers and devices. Requirements 3–6+ years experience in frontend development (React, TypeScript, modern CSS frameworks like Tailwind/Chakra). Strong portfolio demonstrating design/UI skills — ability to take a concept and create polished, user-friendly interfaces. Experience building landing pages and marketing sites (with A/B testing, SEO basics, analytics integration). Solid understanding of UX principles, responsive design, accessibility (WCAG). Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.). Ability to collaborate with backend engineers, marketers, and founders in a fast-moving startup. Nice to Have Experience with Next.js, animations (Framer Motion, GSAP). Understanding of SaaS product design and developer-first UX. Knowledge of CDN, media processing, or DAM platforms.
