Job Description
We’re looking for Front Office Staff who are excited to support the compassionate care delivered at our Community Care Clinic. In this role, you’ll perform medical secretarial and scheduling duties, support the admission and treatment process, and assist with general front office responsibilities that help our clinic run smoothly.
We value professionalism, clear communication, organizational skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. If you're a team player who enjoys working directly with patients in a fast-paced clinic setting, we’d love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform front-desk check-in/check-out and patient scheduling
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors
• Handle basic clerical and secretarial tasks as needed
• Support clinical and administrative teams with daily operations
Collaborative Teamwork
This role involves working closely with our team to deliver effective, patient-focused services and contribute to a supportive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Clerical experience in an outpatient medical setting preferred
• Cashier experience with basic math proficiency
• General computer and typing skills
• Ability to perform multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure
• Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
• Demonstrated commitment to Service Excellence
