Front Office Receptionist
Prescott & Prescott Valley Endodontic Associates is seeking a hard-working, caring, and positive individual who is passionate about serving others and helping people get out of pain. The candidate should have a proven track record of excellent customer service. We provide on-the-job training, so no previous dental experience is required, but applicants should be willing and ready to learn quickly and master necessary skills to complete their jobs in a fast-paced environment. The ability to multi-task is essential. The person hired will enjoy being part of a team providing quality dentistry that sets a standard for excellence in a patient-centered practice.
The work schedule involves working four weekdays from 8am to 6pm.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to: checking patients in and out, answering phones, scheduling appointments, processing payments, sending reports, cleaning, auditing records, purchasing supplies, and acquiring insurance estimates for patients.
Candidates must be able to touch type on average 30 WPM.

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
