The Opportunity
CareFirst is currently looking for an energetic, self-motivated, customer service-oriented team player to work part time at our Tallahassee office. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the face of our organization playing a critical role in delivering the highest level of customer service.
Responsibilities/Requirements
? Provide exceptional customer service
? Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
? Greet patients and visitors in a pleasant and courteous manner
? Enter data accurately into patient's accounts
? Patient Registration
? Check-in and Check-out
? Collect patient fees
? Other duties as assigned by manager
Education and Experience
? High School Diploma or equivalent
? Exceptional interpersonal skills and caring demeanor
? Bilingual a PLUS
? Prior medical office experience (Required)
Qualifications
? Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suites
? Familiarity with medical terminology
? Strong customer service skills
? Ability to handle multi-line phone systems
? Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
? Experience with EMR systems
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 ? 40 per week
