Front Office Receptionist
We are hiring ASAP for this professional front desk receptionist position. This is an ideal opportunity for someone experienced with answering busy multiphone lines. This is a professional office environment within an established company in beautiful Punta Gorda, Florida. The company's culture is positive and welcoming, and they want to add another key team member to their office staff who brings enthusiasm, skill, and positivity to the receptionist role.
Monday ? Friday 8:30 a.m. ? 5:00 p.m.
? Duties include:
? Greeting incoming guests
? Answering and managing all incoming phone calls
? Filing
? Scanning
? Managing emails.
Must exude a pleasant and cheerful demeanor as they will act as the company's first point of contact.
Required Skills and Experience:
? Five years minimum professional office experience
? Five years minimum phone/customer service experience
? Excellent computer skills
