Verify insurance information and handle prior authorizations.
Maintain electronic medical records (EMR) with accuracy and confidentiality.
Answer phone calls, provide patient support, and coordinate office communication.
Assist providers with medical documentation and basic clinical tasks as needed.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain a clean, organized office space.
Qualifications:
Medical Assistant Certification (CMA, RMA, or CCMA) preferred.
Previous experience in front office medical administration or healthcare support.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Proficiency in EMR systems, scheduling software, and insurance verification.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced medical setting.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
