JOB FUNCTIONS...
Ā General office duties
Ā Greet guests, answer incoming calls, and redirect to appropriate department and communicate messages
Ā Pickup and distribute mail as well as handle inbound and outbound shipments
Ā Provide general assistance to office personnel as well as with collecting tickets and invoices
Ā Process tickets for company drivers/lease drivers daily
Ā Help field supervisor with water tickets and billing
Ā Help track office supplies
POSITION DETAILS
Ā Hourly Pay - $22/hour, Mon - Fri 8 - 5
Ā $50 Cell Phone Allotment
Ā PTO - 144 hours per year
Ā Paid by Direct Deposit Bi-weekly
Ā Benefits include: Medical, Dental, $50,000 term insurance at no cost, 401k
Ā Holiday Pay
HIRING CRITERIA
Ā High school diploma or relevant qualification
Ā 2 years experience in similar role
Ā Constant ability to communicate/exchange information with coworkers, vendors, customers, and others
Ā Constant ability to review word documents
Ā Ability to move about the office to access file cabinets, copiers, etc.
Ā Occasional bending, kneeling, reaching, climbing, and/or stooping
Ā Occasional lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 20 pounds
