Duties and Responsibilities We are looking for a skilled Front End/UI Developer to join our development team. You should be comfortable working in an agile environment and taking ownership of multiple tasks to help us scale and build platforms. You will thrive in this role if you enjoy crafting intuitive user interfaces, optimizing performance across the stack, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions for sophisticated network operators. Responsibilities include: • Designing and implementing responsive, user-friendly interfaces using modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue) • Building and maintaining scalable APIs and service layers as part of a full stack architecture • Collaborating with product management and Analytics team members to translate user requirements into elegant, functional solutions • Participating in rapid prototyping and iterative development cycles • Ensuring performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility across the platform • Contributing to product planning and sprint reviews with actionable insights and ideas Qualifications We seek a versatile developer with a strong foundation in front-end technologies and experience across the stack. You should have a passion for clean design, intuitive user experiences, and scalable architecture. Ideal candidates will bring a mix of creativity, technical depth, and a collaborative mindset. Required Skills and Experience: • Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) • Strong grasp of UI/UX principles, with proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools including Figma • Experience with RESTful APIs, Node.js, and server-side development (e.g., Express, Java, or Python) • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines • Understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and performance optimization • Experience working with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in agile teams • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience • 3+ years of professional development experience Location: Boston, New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, or Remote (requires minimum 4 hour overlap with US East Coast time zone) Compensation: $150k + bonus Please note, we are unable to provide sponsorship for employment visa status for this role.
