Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and enhance internal and external applications. The ideal candidate will have strong front-end expertise along with the ability to support backend systems and collaborate across teams to deliver scalable and user-friendly solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Design and build responsive, accessible, and user-friendly application interfaces.
• Support UI/UX design for existing systems, including graphic design and mockups.
• Enhance and maintain existing applications built on .NET and other technologies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external agencies to define and implement new solutions.
• Work in an Agile development environment to continuously improve application performance and usability.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and design patterns.
• Ensure best practices in usability, accessibility, and mobile-first design.
• Demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills across teams.

Required Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Front-End or Full Stack Developer.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in:
• HTML5, CSS3
• CSS frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap)
• Responsive and mobile-first design principles
• Agile development methodologies
• UI/UX design, mockups, and prototyping
• Strong portfolio or GitHub showcasing relevant projects.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills
• Experience with JavaScript
• Exposure to AI-based applications
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365
• Experience with Java Spring Framework
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub or version control tools
• Experience with Squiz CMS
• Understanding of User Journey Mapping
