We are seeking a dedicated React front-end developer to join our growing company and work as part of a team to design and develop high-quality software solutions for web apps using React. Here, you’ll work on a team of talented front-end developers reporting to the Data Architect to build and maintain our products by implementing new features and maintaining existing code using React (as well as other standard tools in the React ecosystem, such as Node.js and Redux). Your duties will include designing software solutions to meet project requirements, maintaining and refactoring existing code, writing tests, and fixing bugs. Job Qualifications and Skill Sets: 3 - 5 years relevant experience in Front End development Proficient with the latest version JavaScript as well as HTML and CSS Knowledge of React and common tools used in the wider React ecosystem, such as Node.js and Redux Familiarity with common programming tools such as Redux, IDEs, RESTful APIs, Git repositories, TypeScript, version control software, and remote deployment tools An understanding of common programming paradigms and fundamental React principles, such as React components, hooks, and the React lifecycle Preferred Qualifications: Node.js preferred, but not required Experience with D3 Aptitude for and interest in usability design is always a plus! Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software development, engineering, or a related technical field Boston, Austin, or Las Vegas preferred, but fully remote available. MUST be authorized to work in the US under W2 employment.
