We’re building a small, top‑tier team with complete autonomy, using AI as leverage across every workflow to ship fast, think clearly, and achieve measurable results. Role Develop and maintain the user‑facing components of the hub, including embedded interfaces, notifications, and administrative tools. Build clean, scalable front‑end systems using React and TypeScript, working closely with design and back‑end engineering. Key Responsibilities Build responsive, high‑quality interfaces with React and TypeScript Develop modular UI components and shared libraries Implement dashboards, configuration panels, and user flows Collaborate with designers and back‑end developers for seamless integration Ensure accessibility, performance, and reliability Requirements At least 5 years of experience in software development Expert in React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS Strong understanding of state management, API integration, and testing Experience with performance optimization and scalable front‑end architecture Skilled in AI‑assisted coding and Claude Code workflows, comfortable relying on them to move faster and better Reliable, autonomous, and detail‑oriented Excellent communication and collaboration skills Fluent in English, both written and spoken Culture & Principles AI‑first: every team member uses AI tools daily to accelerate their work High‑ownership: small team, large responsibility Startup speed with enterprise impact Simplicity, reliability, and measurable outcomes in everything we build Fully remote collaboration: async by default, clear communication expected ESG At team.blue, our commitment to caring for the environment and each other is at the heart of everything we do.
