As Sam's Club's Front End Associate, you take responsibility for welcoming and processing members' purchases according to the Club's standards. You are the front line person in providing an experience that members would appreciate and would love to repeat. It is vital to be proactive in improving the members' experience by exceeding the members' expectations by delivering exceptional customer service. What You'll Do:
Maintain Safety: Keep the facility safe by conducting safety inspections, following guidelines for hazardous materials, and reporting any unsafe situations to superiors.
Provide Member Service: Greet members, present product recommendations, search for merchandise, settle complications, and advertise company offerings. Maintain support for customers through automated technology, finalize purchases, manage payments, and handle transactions at checkout counters or self-service locations.
Comply with Policies: Comply with formal procedures, ethical principles, and corporate norms, executing effective strategies and taking advantage of the Open Door Policy.
Complete Work Assignments: Utilize policies, information, and assets to decide on the most crucial responsibilities, communicate with coworkers, keep them informed of progress, and adjust accordingly.
