As a Front Desk & Member Services Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our dynamic Music and Arts Learning Center, ensuring that students and families feel welcome, engaged, and excited about their artistic journey. With multiple private and group classrooms buzzing with activity, your role will be crucial in coordinating student scheduling and placements, keeping our operations running smoothly, and fostering an incredible experience for our Members—both students (primarily kids) and their parents. What You'll Do:
• Be a friendly, welcoming face of our school—both in person and over the phone
• Provide top-notch customer service to students and families
• Handle inbound sales—signing up new students and helping families find the right programs
• Manage scheduling for lessons and coordinate student enrollments to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for our Members
• Assist with customer relationship management and follow up with potential leads
• Upsell services and programs to enhance the Member experience
• Maintain an organized and efficient front desk area, ensuring all materials and supplies are stocked
• Address Member inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to coordinate scheduling and services
• Supervise front desk operations during shifts, ensuring all procedures are followed
• Work in a fast-paced environment with a variety of activities happening at once
• Occasionally assist with managing info booths at community events around town
• Help coordinate and support recitals and performances at local venues
• Perform general office work to ensure smooth daily operations
