Responsibilities
Ā Handle front desk duties, including greeting patients, answering phone calls, and responding to inquiries promptly and professionally.
Ā Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits to ensure accurate billing and reimbursement.
Ā Update patient information accurately and efficiently on multiple Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) and Electronic Health Records (EHRs) systems.
Ā Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and colleagues.
Ā Address patient queries and concerns in a courteous and timely manner, providing assistance and information as needed.
Ā Maintain proficiency in English language to ensure clear and effective communication with patients and staff.
Ā Monitor and respond to patient emails, providing information, scheduling appointments, and addressing inquiries as necessary.
Ā Demonstrate efficiency in navigating and using multiple EMRs and EHRs to access and update patient records.
Ā Manage patient appointments, including scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming appointments to optimize clinic scheduling and patient flow.
Requirements
Ā Proven experience in front desk duties within the US healthcare system.
Ā Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English.
Ā Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with patients and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner.
Ā Experience with checking patient insurance eligibility and benefits.
Ā Proficiency in updating patient information on multiple EMRs and EHRs.
Ā Ability to efficiently manage patient queries, emails, and appointments.
Ā Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
