Responsibilities :
Ā Assist guests with check-in and check-out, phone interactions, and face-to-face interactions
Ā Provide information and directions to guests, ensuring they have a seamless experience
Ā Process transactions, handle cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment
Ā Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and responsibilities
Requirements :
Ā Previous cash handling experience
Ā Previous computer experience
Ā Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Ā Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ā Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Preferred Qualifications :
Ā Proficient in English and Japanese language
Ā Knowledge of Hawaiian language preferred
Ā Previous work experience in a hotel or front desk environment
Ā Previous experience in a high-volume, fast-paced office environment
