You’ll act as the first point of contact for the business, answer phone calls, handle mail and deliveries, and help us with other operational duties to keep everything running smoothly. Compensation:

$24 Hourly

Responsibilities:

• Welcome fellow employees, clients, and visitors when they enter the building and give them any pertinent information or directions





• Provide administrative support to other team members when needed





• Maintains safe and clean office & reception area





• Answer incoming phone calls





• Proper disbursement of mail and faxes





• Request medical and billing records





• Supply inventory

Qualifications:

• Willingness to learn and grow





• Well-versed in taking phone calls and handling stressful situations





• Excellent written and verbal communication skills





• Displays impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational, and customer service skills





• Detail-oriented with attention to accuracy





• At least one year of receptionist or administrative assistant, experience, or similar preferred





• Must have reliable transportation
