Front Desk Receptionist
Who We Are:
The Yoder Group, Inc. is an established company, who has been based in central Pennsylvania for over 65 years. We manage over 2,100 units across the state and are continually looking to expand our services across Pennsylvania. We are looking to expand our existing team with individuals who thrive while working within a fast-paced environment.
Position Summary:
A successful applicant for this position will be reliable, highly motivated, have a strong work ethic, dependable, honest, focused, and is detail oriented. This applicant will also work well with others, and work without constant supervision. Applicant must demonstrate efficient knowledge and skills needed for the position, which includes a working knowledge of basic office procedures, ability to assemble documents for mailing, data entry, maintaining records, filing, typing, and is very well organized. Knowledge of Microsoft Office; ability to add, subtract, and use a calculator, copier, scanner, postage machine, and other standard office equipment is required. Experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
? Must maintain a professional appearance.
? Must be welcoming to the public
? Must have a cheerful disposition for a busy management office
? Answer multi-line telephone system, route calls, take messages
? Manage UPS and FedEx mail programs
? Assemble documents for mailing
? E-mail correspondence
? Open and sort mail as directed
? Data entry
? Maintain records, filing, typing
? Perform other duties as assigned.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
? Must have own transportation
? Valid PA driver's license.
? Must have the ability to pass both a background check and drug screening.
? Detail-oriented; and must have the ability to work independently.
? Must have the ability to effectively communicate with other team members.
