Front Desk Receptionist

What are the job duties?
Cleaning is a duty that is done every night for this position!! So you MUST LIKE TO CLEAN!!
? Multi-tasking such as answering multiple phone lines while still assisting customers
? Managing client files
? Setting up for the next day
? Printing daily reports
? Nightly cleaning is REQUIRED for this position. The nightly cleaning consists of:
? Vacuuming & moping entire salon
? Cleaning the hair stations rooms & mats
? Cleaning the massage & esthetician rooms
? Cleaning the shampoo bowl room
? Laundry
? Taking out all the trash
? Restocking supplies as well as retail
Who are we looking for?
? You have experience in a fast - paced work environment
? You're able to meet deadlines
? Support the needs of the front desk and your team
? You are punctual
? You present yourself professionally and communicate effectively
? You're able to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends
? Not looking for someone who is always requesting time off
? You're wanting to be on a team and support your fellow team members
? You have dependable transportation
? You will be dedicated to this job and willing to put in 100% effort
Attire is business casual
What do we offer?
? Hourly rate starting at $12 (for training purposes only) up to $15
? First raise is after training (3 weeks)
? Employee discount after 90 days
Shift Hours: (The hours may change depending on availability)
TRAINING IS A MUST!!
Training consist of three weeks and the training hours will be between 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. Tuesday thru Friday
Tuesday: 4 p.m. - Close
Wednesday: 2 p.m. - Close
Thursday: 4 p.m. - Close
Friday: 3 p.m. - Close
Saturday: Working 2 to 3 Saturday's every month
Filling in on some mornings when the office manager is out of the salon A Touch of Class Full-Service Day Spa & Hair Salon is celebrating 25 years. We are well established in Tallahassee and are located off of Kerry Forest Parkway. We are currently seeking a part-time Front Desk Receptionist Closer.
Multi-tasking will be essential, and a positive attitude is a must!
Our goal is to provide the best customer service to our clients and maintain the highest quality of work satisfaction for our employees.

Pay: $12.50 - $15.00 per hour
