Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. Duties
Ā Greet and assist patients as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
Ā Collecting and reporting patient co payments at check in.
Ā Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently using various software applications.
Ā Maintain office organization through effective office management practices.
Ā Handle clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and managing correspondence.
Ā Support team members with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
Ā Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly.
Ā Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
Ā Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
Ā Ability to perform data entry with attention to detail.
Ā Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ā A friendly demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills to interact with clients and colleagues.
