Ensure products are stocked and displayed in store shelves according to company standards.
Maintain a positive and professional relationship with store managers and staff.
Create a positive customer experience through excellent service and product knowledge.
Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management to ensure product availability.
Drive sales through effective merchandising techniques and suggestive selling.
Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation guidelines.
Maintain a neat and organized work area at all times.
Utilize technology tools to track inventory and sales data.
Complete required paperwork and reports accurately and in a timely manner.
Attend team meetings and training sessions as required.
Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
Adhere to all company and store regulations regarding product placement and displays.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Must have reliable transportation to travel to different store locations.
Maintain a positive attitude and work ethic at all times.
