About the Role:
We are seeking a positive, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our team as a French Customer Support Representative. As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will provide top-notch customer service through online chats, email, and other channels, addressing a variety of customer inquiries in a personalized, friendly, and informative manner. Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service to Deezer's global customer base in multiple languages, including French and English.
Support various contact channels, such as email, social media, and live chat, to ensure seamless customer experience.
Take ownership of customer issues, solving problems, and handling cases from start to finish.
Collaborate with the Deezer team to ensure alignment and exceptional customer experience.
Attend regular meetings with team members and managers to discuss progress, goals, and areas for improvement.
Participate in projects as assigned, contributing to the growth and success of our team.
