Position Overview
Supports dispatch operations and freight movement tracking, ensuring shipments are managed efficiently and operational standards are maintained. Local candidates may participate in hybrid settings; remote candidates are fully integrated into Oregon-based coordination systems.
Responsibilities
• Track freight activity and maintain accurate dispatch documentation
• Support assignment of loads and scheduling coordination
• Communicate status updates, exceptions, and delays
• Monitor workflow consistency and operational adherence
• Collaborate with teams to optimize freight movement and planning
• Maintain detailed records and escalate issues as needed
Qualifications
• Communication skills and attention to detail
• Computer proficiency and ability to learn dispatch systems
• Organizational skills and time management
• Ability to follow structured workflows
• Experience helpful but not required
Work Environment
