Freight Dispatcher - Remote
We are looking for an experienced flatbed/hotshot dispatcher to start ASAP!
We are looking for someone with at least three (3) years of experience dispatching and managing fleets, particularly flatbeds and/or hotshots. You will be responsible for all route planning, dispatching, paperwork, and broker setups and communications.
Qualifications:
- At least three (3) years of experience dispatching flatbeds and/or hotshots.
- Self-motivated
- Time management
- Organizational skills
- Provide your own computer and phone
About this position:
- Fully remote
- Independent contractor position (1099)
- Pay is commission-based. No base salary.
- You must handle all route planning and dispatch responsibilities for your assigned drivers.
- Send PODs to brokers in a timely manner
Pay:
- You get 5% of gross for every load you book. So if you book a load for $2000, you will get $100
- Paid weekly
