Description:
As a Freight Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of goods and other articles of trade to our customers. You will be tasked with driving and maintaining trucks that will be assigned to you, as well as working closely with our team of dispatchers in order to plan routes and track deliveries.
Responsibilities:
– Safe operation of assigned vehicles to deliver goods
– Checking delivery schedules and routes
– Loading and unloading of goods
– Ensuring accurate documentation of deliveries
– Compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Requirements:
– A valid driver’s license
– Excellent driving record
– Physically fit and able to lift heavy items
– Strong customer service skills
– Proficiency in using GPS devices and route planning apps.

Educational Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Previous experience as a delivery driver is preferred but not required.
