We're looking for a Freight Broker Sales Representative to join our team in Chisinau. Job Summary : We are looking for a results-driven Sales Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability. What we offer : Friendly and supportive environment Progressive leadership Comfortable and fully equipped office Great working conditions Official employment and full social package according to Moldova legislation Motivating salary in line with your experience and qualifications Salary range 14000 lei up to 45000 lei (14000 lei flat + commission) Working hours Monday-Friday from 15:00 till 00:00 (Moldova Time Zone) Your responsibilities: Make Outbound Calls to Obtain New Business and to Move Freight for Existing Customers Negotiate Rates Track Shipments and Provide Updates to the Customer Generate Business Leads Create and Maintain Customer Relationships 1 year Proven Freight Experience Preferred Effective Communication Skills Work-from-home program Required competencies: Minimum 1 year of experience in the freight Brokerage Industry or Sales Representative Excellent communication and negotiation skills Proficient user of Microsoft Office Knowledge of English (B2-C1).
