What We're Looking For
Previous experience in freight brokerage or transportation planning is a big plus.
Strong knowledge of supply chain management, logistics, and transportation industry practices.
Proficiency in using transportation management systems and EDI systems.
Excellent negotiation skills to secure competitive rates with carriers.
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
Attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and a knack for problem-solving.
Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software is advantageous.
