Key Responsibilities
β’ Assist in identifying and sourcing potential freelance candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and internal databases. β’ Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, skills, experience, and cultural fit for specific client requirements. β’ Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and gathering necessary information. β’ Support the team in scheduling interviews and coordinating with both candidates and clients. β’ Contribute to building and maintaining a talent pipeline for frequently requested freelance roles. β’ Learn and apply effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified freelance professionals. β’ Assist in the preparation of candidate profiles and presentations for client review. β’ Provide support in administrative tasks related to the recruitment cycle, ensuring accurate record-keeping. β’ Stay updated on industry trends and talent market dynamics in India, particularly within the freelancing sector.

β’ Entry-level experience in a role requiring strong communication or customer service skills. β’ A proactive and self-starting attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow in recruitment. β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate information clearly and concisely. β’ Basic understanding of various online platforms and social media for professional networking. β’ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. β’ A collaborative spirit and ability to work effectively within a team environment. β’ Proficiency in using basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace). β’ Demonstrated eagerness to take initiative and a problem-solving mindset. β’ Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid work setting.

β’ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). β’ Prior experience is a plus. β’ A genuine interest in talent acquisition and building professional relationships.
