CACTUS is a remote-first organization and we embrace an accelerate from anywhere culture. You may be required to travel to our Mumbai office based on business requirements or for company/team events. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented freelance designer to support our internal events and employee engagement initiatives. The role involves creating visually appealing and engaging design assets, including static posters, GIFs, presentations, and short videos.If you’re someone who enjoys bringing ideas to life through creative visuals and storytelling, we’d love to work with you!
Job responsibilities:
Design high-quality static posters and creatives for internal campaigns and eventsDevelop visually engaging PowerPoint presentations aligned with brand guidelinesCreate short videos (teasers, highlights, event promos, etc.) for internal communicationCollaborate with the team to understand event themes, concepts, and messagingEnsure consistency in design language and branding across all deliverablesDeliver creatives within agreed timelines while maintaining quality standards
Qualifications and prerequisites:
Experience in designing for employee engagement or corporate eventsBasic motion graphics or animation skillsUnderstanding of social-media-style content for internal platforms
