Freelance YouTube & Short-Form Content Manager for a spiritual wellness influencer & author

I’m looking for a creative, reliable freelancer to help rejuvenate my YouTube channel and overall online presence.

This is ideally suited to someone who understands creator-led content, YouTube growth, short-form editing, and content repurposing, not just generic social media management.

Budget

Up to £1,000/month initially, with room to grow if the collaboration works well.

What I Need Help With

•Repurposing long-form content into YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikTok vids

• Uploading and scheduling content

• Writing titles, captions, hooks, and descriptions

• Basic thumbnail coordination/design

• Content planning and consistency

• Monthly performance reporting and growth ideas

Ideal Candidate

You:

• Understand YouTube and short-form content deeply

• Know how to improve retention, hooks, and engagement

• Can identify strong clip moments from longer videos

• Have experience with creator brands, podcasts, coaches, founders, or personality-led channels.

• Experience with and/or interest in spiritual, mind-body, metaphysical content a plus (Tarot, astrology, intuitive living)

• Are organised, proactive, and easy to communicate with

I’m an American, UK-based new mom and author, with an established audience on YouTube, and I need a creative thinker who can help rejuvenate my channel with innovative ideas for content and help maximize the quality and consistency of my output. I have a new product set to launch later this year and want to re-engage my audience and build followers + engagement on my other platforms of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
