We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) consultant to help set up and manage email automation campaigns for our company.
This is a freelance consulting project, not a full-time position. The goal is to build a structured email automation system that continuously communicates with our customers and prospects.
About Our Company
We are a commercial service company that provides building cleaning services (window cleaning, pressure washing, façade maintenance, etc.) for large institutional and commercial properties.
Systems Currently in Use
•Salesforce Sales Cloud – Enterprise Edition
• Marketing Cloud Account Engagement – Growth Edition
• Our database includes both Contacts and Leads synchronized with Account Engagement Prospects
Scope of Work
We are looking for someone who can:
• Review our existing Salesforce and Account Engagement setup
• Configure segmentation lists based on customer type and service categories
• Create dynamic lists that update automatically
• Build email automation campaigns using Engagement Studio
• Design and implement email templates
• Set up automation rules and prospect scoring
• Ensure proper field mapping between Salesforce and Account Engagement
• Create a workflow that allows for continuous email communication with prospects and customers
Desired Experience
• Strong experience with Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot)
• Experience integrating with Salesforce Sales Cloud
• Ability to design marketing automation workflows
• Experience with segmentation strategy and B2B email campaigns

Initial setup project: 10–20 hours
Possible ongoing consulting afterward.
Important Requirement
You must be able to start quickly and work independently with minimal supervision.
