Role Description
ā¢ Educate to grow brand awareness and drive sales in retail floor setting that include, but not limited to Ulta and SalonCentric
ā¢ Meet or exceed sales goals provided by the company
ā¢ Expert knowledge and presentation of Jolie
ā¢ Maintain superior product knowledge
ā¢ Build lasting relationships with customers and retailers
ā¢ Manage individual calendar and facilitate all scheduling
ā¢ Build and maintain strong, collaborative partnerships with store leadership, district managers, regional directors and beauty advisors
ā¢ Host and manage weekly in-store events that align with company seasonal activities and brand guidelines
ā¢ Ensure brand merchandising and marketing standards are consistently met across all retail doors
ā¢ Hourly rate: $25-30 per hour depending on experience and location
Requirements:
ā¢ Previous sales experience, preferably in skincare or haircare sales (Ulta or SalonCentric experience is a plus)
ā¢ Educational and Presentation skills
ā¢ Superior selling skills with the ability to set and achieve goals
ā¢ Passion for beauty and wellness
ā¢ Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
ā¢ Ability to work independently and in a team environment at multiple locations during peak store hours, including weekends
ā¢ Highly organized with strong level of accountability, initiative and time management skills
ā¢ Must be available 20 hours per week, including 3 weekends per month
