Our client is seeking a talented Freelance Photographer to photograph the BMW McKinney Historic Half Marathon on March 28th. You'll be working alongside their staff photographers to shoot storytelling-style images that capture runners, spectators, and interactions with partners along the route.

Responsibilities:
- Course Coverage: Documenting the race from approximately 6:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
- Narrative Shooting: Capturing "storytelling" images-think candid moments of runner determination, enthusiastic spectators, and authentic interactions with event partners.
- Rapid Delivery: Uploading your top 10 "hero" shots by 2:00 p.m. on race day (March 28) for immediate social and press use.
- Final Delivery: Submitting the full, edited assignment by Monday, March 30.
- Portfolio Excellence: A proven track record in sports, event, or editorial photography that demonstrates an ability to capture movement and emotion in uncontrolled environments.
- Technical Proficiency: You must own and be proficient with professional-grade gear suited for outdoor, fast-moving action.
- Reliability: Ability to meet tight same-day deadlines and navigate a busy race course independently.
- Artistic Eye: A knack for finding the "small moments"-the crowd engagement and the scenes that reflect the true energy of the day.
