Freelance Packaging Designer

OverviewWe are looking for a Freelance Designer to concept and execute a high-impact project. This is a piece that blends packaging, object design, and experiential thinking, including potential interactive or special-effect elements. This role will partner closely with our Creative and Production teams to bring a design-led concept from initial exploration through final production-ready delivery.
Develop multiple creative directions aligned to the project brief
Translate creative concepts into a cohesive physical design solution
Define structure, materials, and overall design approach
Refine and evolve selected direction through feedback and iteration
Prepare final design files and specifications for production
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure feasibility and execution
