Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and company cultures.
Track and manage candidate pipelines effectively.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Requirements
Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally in an online setting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
A self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with online recruitment tools and platforms.
C1/C2 level English proficiency.
