The 95 Agency is looking for a Motion Designer who can bring brands to life through clean, intentional motion. This role is for someone who understands how animation supports branding, marketing, and storytelling—not just flashy effects.
You’ll create motion graphics for social media, digital campaigns, websites, and branded content across multiple clients.
Responsibilities
• Create motion graphics for social media, ads, websites, and digital campaigns
• Animate logos, typography, icons, and brand elements
• Develop short-form motion content optimized for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and video editors to execute creative concepts
• Ensure motion work aligns with brand guidelines and creative direction
• Deliver polished, production-ready assets on deadline
Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Motion Designer
• Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects (required)
• Solid understanding of timing, pacing, and visual storytelling
• Experience animating typography and brand graphics
• Ability to take creative direction and execute independently
Required
• Portfolio showcasing motion design work (required — links must be provided)
• Experience working on real client or brand projects
• Ability to explain your creative process and design decisions

Nice to Have
• Experience with Premiere Pro or Final Cut
• Familiarity with social-first content and ad formats
• Knowledge of Lottie, Figma motion, or UI animation
• 3D experience (Cinema 4D or Blender)
