Work Location: United States (remote/work from home) Engagement Model: Freelance / Independent contractor Workload: Flexible schedule Project Duration: October 8 to 15, 2025 Hourly Rate: $80/hour Medical Annotator – Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Final Year Medical Resident DataForce by TransPerfect is seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners (NPs), Physician Assistants (PAs), or final year medical residents to join a short-term, remote project. This project supports the development of advanced AI tools in healthcare, helping improve patient care and virtual health services. You will be part of a collaborative team of clinicians and AI specialists working to ensure the accuracy and reliability of healthcare data. Role Summary: We are looking for experienced NPs, PAs, or final year medical residents to join a short-term, remote project from October 8 to 15, 2025. As a freelance Medical Annotator, you will review chat conversations and provide clinical feedback on likely assessments and care plans. Role Responsibilities: • Read and analyze transcripts from chat-based healthcare conversations. • Offer feedback on appropriate clinical assessments and plans of care. • Ensure feedback aligns with U.S. clinical best practices and standards. • Complete assigned reviews with accuracy and within project timelines. • Communicate and collaborate with the project team to ensure annotation quality. Job Requirements: • Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant (PA), or final year medical resident. • Minimum 1 year of relevant clinical experience. • Fully licensed and currently practicing in the U.S. • Strong written communication skills in English (U.S.). • Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely. • Available for the duration of the project: October 8–15, 2025. Preferred: • Background in telemedicine, chart review, or clinical annotation projects.
