Position: Lead Generation Specialist
Duties and Responsibilities:
ā¢ Provide accurate and timely information and reports to management.
ā¢ Research, track, maintain, and update the lead generation database to support business development.
ā¢ Make outgoing calls to identify and develop new business opportunities.
ā¢ Contact prospects to qualify leads and gather necessary information.
ā¢ Achieve target Key Goal Indicators (KGI) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
Qualifications and Skills:
ā¢ 2+ years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development roles.
ā¢ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with prospects.
ā¢ Experience using CRM software and lead generation tools.
ā¢ Self-motivated with the ability to meet targets and deadlines.
ā¢ Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Requirements:
As this is a work-from-home position, please ensure the following:
ā¢ Must be a Filipino citizen residing in the Philippines.
ā¢ A dedicated, secluded workspace free from noise and distractions.
ā¢ An updated personal computer or laptop with a webcam and at least 20GB of free storage.
ā¢ A stable internet connection of at least 5Mbps, with a backup option (pocket WiFi or mobile data)
