Freelance IT Support Consultant
Description: We’re Packit, a growing platform that provides IT services to startups and small businesses. We’re looking for experienced freelance IT consultants to join us on a contract basis. This is not a full-time employment role; instead, it’s a flexible opportunity for independent consultants who want to build their own book of business while partnering with us. What We Offer: • We’ll provide you with clients as they come in, allowing you to deliver IT support services on a part-time, flexible schedule. • You’ll have the freedom to manage your own time and work independently, perfect for consultants who already have some experience and want to grow their client base. Who You Are: • An experienced IT consultant comfortable with providing general IT support and troubleshooting, preferably experienced in administration of MS365, Google Workspace, and Okta. • Obsessed with customer satisfaction • Someone who can hit the ground running without extensive training.
