Are you an experienced Instructional Designer who thrives on crafting engaging, learner-centered experiences? Do you enjoy the flexibility of freelance work and partnering with clients who value innovation, inclusivity, and measurable impact? If so, we’d love to connect with you. We’re proactively growing our network of US-based freelance Instructional Designers to support an expected increase in client needs over the coming months. While we may not have immediate assignments available, we want to be ready to move quickly when opportunities arise, and that means identifying great talent in advance! Who You Are: • A seasoned Instructional Designer with a strong portfolio of work across eLearning, instructor-led training (ILT), virtual instructor-led training (vILT), or blended learning • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities with minimal oversight • Experienced in adult learning theory, learner-centric design, and outcome-driven content development • Proficient in tools such as Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise), Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, Vyond, and/or LMS platforms • Adept at collaborating with SMEs and stakeholders in corporate or consulting settings • Open to 1099 contract work with variable hours and scopes depending on client needs • US-based and authorized to work in the United States What to Expect: • We’re building our bench now in anticipation of client requests - we want to connect, learn more about you, and be ready to match you with the right projects as they arise • Most opportunities are project-based, remote, and span a range of industries and learning formats • We’ll keep you in mind for upcoming work aligned with your skills, interests, and availability To Apply: Please submit your resume, complete our application questions so we can better understand your interests and experience, and provide samples of your instructional design work.
