Description About the Role We are looking for freelance Graphic Designers to join our creative contractor pool for upcoming projects across print, web, email, video, and motion. The highest immediate need is for designers skilled in marketing collateral and digital campaigns, someone who can design for print and digital simultaneously, adapt layouts across formats, and ensure brand consistency from brochure to inbox. Additional opportunities may include short-form video and motion design, and cross-department creative support for SEO, Organic and Paid Social Media, and Email. • *This is a project-based, remote contractor role ideal for experienced designers who thrive in a fast-paced agency environment and can balance creativity with precision.** What You’ll Do Priority: Print / Web / Email Design • Design and produce marketing collateral including brochures, one-pagers, printed ads, landing pages, website image/icon assets, infographics. • Create and refine email templates and campaign assets for platforms such as Klaviyo. • Apply brand guidelines and design systems consistently across print and digital outputs. • Prepare and export assets in web-ready and print-ready formats. • Collaborate with strategists, writers, and developers to ensure creative execution aligns with campaign goals. Secondary: Motion / Video Design • Create short animated assets for social and paid media such as text overlays, transitions, and logo animations. • Edit or enhance existing footage for quick-turn deliverables. • Jump into previously created project files for editing and adjusting Tertiary: Cross-Team Creative Support • Support SEO and Social teams with visuals for blog posts, landing pages, and social media toolkits. • Adapt static graphics into reusable templates such as Google Slides or Canva. What You’ll Bring • 3–5+ years of experience in graphic design (agency or in-house). • Strong portfolio showcasing print, digital, and email campaign work. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Canva. • Experience creating high-performing assets for Meta and Google platforms • Deep understanding of layout, typography, accessibility, and responsive design. • Organized file hygiene, consistent naming conventions, and strong attention to detail. • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and pivot across multiple projects. Bonus Points • Experience with motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere, or Canva animations). • Understanding of email design systems and ESP templates such as Klaviyo • Knowledge of web optimization including file sizes and formats, responsive scaling, and accessibility standards. • Experience collaborating with developers or marketers on cross-functional creative projects.
