Job Description
Part-time | Remote | Spanish & Italian Required
We are looking for a freelance Digital Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in Google Ads (AdWords) and paid media management to support our international digital marketing activities.
Role Overview
This is a part-time freelance position (approximately 4 hours per day), focused on managing and optimizing performance-driven campaigns across multiple platforms, while collaborating on broader digital projects.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, etc.)
Oversee and support Facebook/Meta Ads campaigns
Monitor performance, budgets, and KPIs to ensure continuous improvement
Support the execution of digital marketing projects (landing pages, tracking, lead generation initiatives)
Collaborate with internal teams across different countries (Spain, Italy, etc.)
Provide regular reporting and actionable insights to improve campaign performance
Qualifications
Requirements
Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns with a performance-focused approach
Solid understanding of Facebook/Meta Ads Manager
Experience working on lead generation campaigns
Fluency in Spanish and Italian (both written and spoken)
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
Experience working in Agile environments, using tools such as Trello or similar project management platforms
Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively in a freelance setup
Nice to Have
Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and conversion tracking
Knowledge of CRM integrations or lead tracking systems
Experience in real estate or recruitment campaigns is a plus
