Freelance Data Analyst
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Freelance Data Analyst to join our Business Intelligence team on a 3-month fixed-term contract. This role is focused on the delivery of well-defined reporting use cases, with a strong emphasis on usability, flexibility, and iteration.You will be responsible for building dashboards, analysing datasets, and surfacing insights to support business decision-making. While the scope of work will define the end user’s needs, you will have the autonomy to determine how best to deliver on those requirements. This includes developing MVPs, testing proof-of-concept approaches, and applying a fail-fast mindset to quickly identify and refine effective solutions.
Responsibilities
Execute defined analytical tasks and reporting deliverables as assigned by the Lead Data Analyst.Build dashboards and reports using enterprise BI tools that clearly communicate trends, metrics, and performance indicators.Perform analysis on structured datasets using SQL and other query tools.Support the team in surfacing trends, anomalies, and opportunities using clear visual storytelling techniques.Collaborate with other BI team members to ensure alignment on logic, formatting, and delivery expectations.Requirements
2+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or Reporting Analyst role.Strong SQL skills with demonstrated experience querying and analysing large datasets.Proven experience working with at least one enterprise BI platform (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).Ability to create clear, well-structured dashboards that support data-driven decisions.Proficiency in English for internal team communication.Nice to Have:Experience with ThoughtSpot (our current BI tool).Familiarity with modern data stack tools such as BigQuery or DBT.Previous experience working in the iGaming or Crypto industries.Exposure to sprint-based delivery environments or task management tools like Jira.Find.co is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
