Freelance Creative Director, Live Event & Experiential
Join a dynamic team as a Freelance Creative Director, where you'll lead the creative vision for a major tech event across wayfinding, scenic & spatial design, keynotes, and graphics. This role offers the opportunity to shape immersive experiences and collaborate with top-tier professionals in the industry.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Lead the creative development of attendee journeys and arrival experiences, ensuring a memorable entrance and tunnel design.
ā¢ Oversee and refine scenic and environmental designs, collaborating closely with 3D designers and production teams for seamless execution.
ā¢ Guide creative direction across executive summits, including lounge and check-in experiences, environmental branding, and overall atmosphere.
ā¢ Direct the development of content and brand moments, ensuring cohesive integration across spaces.
ā¢ Provide creative direction for keynote motion and graphics packages, including theme loops, transitions, and stage visuals.
Skills
ā¢ Proven experience in experiential design and live events, with a focus on shaping attendee journeys and physical environments.
ā¢ Strong expertise in motion and keynote presentations, with the ability to work across spatial, graphic, and content systems.
ā¢ Hands-on and collaborative approach, capable of stepping into ongoing projects and contributing effectively.
ā¢ Experience working with enterprise or tech clients, enhancing the ability to deliver tailored creative solutions.
