Freelance Creative Director (Experiential)

Our client, an experiential design firm, is looking for a Freelance Creative Director to assist their team part-time through April 2026. This is a 20-30 hour per week role, and will be working EST hours but can be fully remote. This role is working on a high-end beauty project for a couple brand activations at an outdoor festival. Must have high-end luxury experience and ideally outdoor builds! The Freelance Creative Director (Experiential) will: -generate original, bold creative ideas for clients and new business opportunities -lead live ideating sessions, and client workshops when needed -ensure creative partners meet all timelines / deadlines -generate floor plans, mood boards, renderings, and graphic assets for events -lead development + presentation of project proposals The Freelance Creative Director (Experiential) has: -ideally 6+ years of experience in creative direction / experiential design, and fluency in SketchUp or other 3D rendering software -fluency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign -strong knowledge of print production, and a portfolio that includes 3D design work to share with the client -ability to work 20-30 hours per week, remote, and a computer that can handle all rendering / 3D design needs In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
