Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Conceptualize and design childrens apparel collections using organic cotton and sustainable materials.

Create detailed design sketches, technical drawings, and mood boards aligned with brand guidelines.

Research global childrens fashion trends, colors, prints, and eco-friendly innovations.

Develop seasonal themes, fabric selections, color palettes, and trims suitable for children.

Prepare and review tech packs, size specs, and construction details for sampling and production.

Coordinate with pattern makers, merchandisers, and production teams to ensure design accuracy.

• Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong design skills with a focus on childrens apparel and sustainable fashion.

Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or equivalent tools.

In-depth understanding of organic cotton fabrics and eco-friendly textile practices.

Knowledge of garment construction, sizing, and fit for infants and children.
